I started with LFPWLI doing guest outreach and booking coordination in August 2022 with Scott DeLuzio. Since then, I have sourced about 95% of the guests and done all interview scheduling, coordination, and post-recording follow-up. As of October 2022, I have been doing show notes for new releases and I'm currently working my way through the episode backlog.

I have also done podcast improvement projects such as implementing a post-recording survey, consulting on release schedules, and ideas for the host, Mathew, to increase listener engagement.
My role for this show includes:

Identifying, gathering contact information, and reaching out to ideal guests.

Coordinating interview times and ensuring the completion of release forms

Sending interview reminders, post-recording appreciation emails, updates when a release date has been set, and follow-ups after the episode has come out.

Compiling background information on upcoming guests to inform the Mathews interview questions
