Alan had all of his processes in place, but things were falling through the cracks and not being completed in a timely manner. He brought me on as his Post Production Manager to solve that issue and ensure every box got checked.​

Founder & CEO, Keith Herman, wanted to grow his podcast and hired me to run guest outreach, vet applicants, upsell VIP recording packages, and coordinate bookings.​

  • Screen guests to ensure they are a good fit for the show​

  • ​Educate guests on VIP recording options and encourage them to upgrade

Host, Mathew Blades, brought me on to create more time for himself to grow his show, do outreach to fill out his schedule for content creation, and make sure guests had a friendly contact point to make the booking process more personal. â€‹

Bong Break for Reproductive Rights

Bong Break was born when The Indigo Attic approached my colleague, Tarra Quinn, and me about doing an event that would utilize the damaged glass they had collected and benefit the reproductive rights movement. Through a live raffle, we raised over $885 for Roe Fund in 2 hours.

  • Solicited and coordinated prize donations from over 20 local businesses

  • Created all social media marketing material

  • Ran the street team for printed marketing material

​

  • Headed day-of event coordination

For Harvest Fest and Beer Cann 2022, I worked with Kristy to transition 5 of her intake forms from manual PDFs to digital forms. I built out form flows and managed all submissions for artists, Harvest Cup entries, Harvest Cup Judge sign-ups, Corn Hole tournament competitors, and event sponsors and vendors.

  • Converted intake forms from static to dynamic

  • Transferred and organized entries in an easy-to-access format for the client  

I joined the Merry Crew starting with Throw Down Bazaar 4 in February 2022. Over the next 4 months, we put on 5 family-friendly farmers-market-style cannabis events. With a lot of coordination and partnerships with local dispensaries, we offer top-of-the-line products from over 70 brands directly to patients at near wholesale pricing

  • Created and managed monthly Shopify site

Fund The Roe Fund

Daniels/King Wedding

After meeting at Fund the Roe Fund, Brittany approached me about being her day-of wedding coordinator. My role that day was to "make it work" and give Brittany and Tom the space to enjoy their day.

  • Set up and take down ceremony and reception decor

​

  • Welcome and direct guests

​

  • Facilitate ceremony and reception timing

​

  • Communicate with the venue coordinator

​

  • Stay prepared and ready with everything from a pen and paper for last-minute vows to a hand-rolled end-of-the-night joint for the happy couple.

After Oklahoma started passing aggressive abortion ban laws at the start of 2022, I decided to organize Fund the Roe Fund as a way to raise money and awareness around the growing need for travel costs to be covered. With a variety show and auction, we raised over $3,000 in one night for Roe Fund.

  • Designed up with structure, theme, and fundraising aspect of the event

  • Sourced and booked local comedians, poets, performers, and artists 

​

  • Secured auction items

  • MCed variety show and ran the live auction

As the Mid-American Representative for AWM, I spoke at 28 Rotary Clubs to educate and fundraise. I was also able to help with 2 distribution trips to Mexico, working in conjunction with the Teletón Children's Rehabilitation Center, to deliver over 200 wheelchairs to children in need.

Pints for People

Pints for People was a fundraiser designed to raise scholarship money for kids to attend The Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) Camp. I worked with Broken Arrow Brewing Company to create a special event beer sold in custom take-home glasses to raise over $1,000 for the camp.
